We provide a competitive salary package with high performing consultants earning in excess of $60,000 plus superannuation, per annum.

Employment Coaches

Our Employment Coaches provide job search and job placement assistance to job seekers with vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment. The primary focus is to assist eligible job seekers to identify a pathway to employment, structure suitable job search activities for job seekers and canvass employers and negotiate employment commencements. Employment Coaches monitor job seeker’s progress in employment through post placement support, and support employers to ensure job seekers maintain employment. Our services are delivered using innovative strategies together with contemporary job search resources. Successful Employment Coaches have a broad range of life skills, an open mind and a positive approach to working with some of the most disadvantaged job seekers in our communities.

 

Employment Placement Coaches

These are exciting positions for people with experience in sales and marketing. Successful applicants will have proven skills to canvass employers and meet with a wide range of businesses to negotiate employment placements for unemployed people. Employment Placement Coaches work autonomously and as a team member with a range of employer and job seeker oriented resources to assist you to reach goals and targets. We invite applications from experienced employment placement consultants, business developers, sales and marketing professionals from all industry sectors with empathy for disadvantaged job seekers. Ownership of a Motor Vehicle is essential, a travel allowance is provided for these positions.

 

Work Search Facilitators

Work Search Facilitators work with a caseload of job ready job seekers to facilitate Intensive Activities and Work Experience placements. This is a dynamic role that draws on your knowledge of local community resources, your strong administrative and time management skills. Work Search Facilitators actively canvas employers for employment placements and provide post placement support to employers and job seekers to maintain their employment.

 

Customer Service Consultants

Our Customer Service Consultants register new job seekers, create job seeker resumes and profiles, co-ordinate the office diary for appointments and ensure the office notice board is kept up to date. Providing reception services for the office the Customer Service Consultant is expected to greet job seekers and telephone customers with professionalism and courtesy. Successful applicants will have a cheerful disposition, an ability to work in a team environment, knowledge and experience using computers with MS applications including, Word, Outlook and Excel is essential.

 

Disability Employment Consultants

Employment Consultants and Employment Placement Coordinators in our Disability Services team work closely with participants and employers to create appropriate employment and work experience opportunities for participants. Our Consultants undertake participant assessments, develop individual employment pathway plans with participants and coordinate referrals to allied health professionals and job search activities to prepare participants for employment. Actively reverse marketing and advocating on behalf of job ready participants is a fundamental aspect of this rewarding role.

 

Indigenous Employment Consultants / Mentors

Employment Consultants and Mentors working in our Indigenous Services team provide specialist employment services to Indigenous job seekers to secure and retain employment. You will have experience working with Indigenous communities to develop and provide pre-employment support including training, job readiness, work experience and work sampling. Indigenous Employment Consultants and Mentors actively canvas employers for employment placements and provide post placement support to employers, job seekers and their families to maintain employment.
