We are committed to providing you with a fast, efficient and free recruitment service. Through the support of our Job Services Australia contract we offer a range of financial incentives with additional incentives available for employing a Job seeker, Apprentice or trainee, Indigenous Australian or someone with a disability. A number of options are also available to assist with funding training in the workplace.

Our Employment Placement Coaches will spend time with you to ensure they have a good understanding of your business needs, and then review our pool of more than 33,000 job-ready people. We don't just use computer data-base searches; we know each of our job seekers individually and whether they would be a good fit for your business. Other services our Employment Placement Coaches can provide are:

attending interviews and following up on any questions you have regarding job seekers
arranging trial periods so that you can assess a job seekers skills and suitability on the job
arranging work experience placements to suit your business
on-going post-placement support
information and contacts regarding the employment of trainees and apprentices
casual staff for short term placements
wage subsidies for eligible job seekers (conditions apply)
funding assistance for employment related training e.g. licences and tickets
funding and assistance to purchase ergonomic tools and equipment for PVS Workfind Disability job seekers to assist them secure and retain employment
access to cross-cultural training for your staff when employing an Indigenous job seeker through PVS Indigenous Services
access to an experienced Indigenous Mentor to provide on and off the job support for job seekers commenced through PVS Workfind Indigenous Employment Services.
