PVS Workfind is a Job Services Australia provider with 43 sites in Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory. We are conveniently located to provide a range of employment services to local and national businesses and people of all ages and backgrounds.

Professional Vocational Services, known as PVS Workfind, has been providing employment services since 1984 and in that time has established strong collaborative links with community services providers to deliver a holistic range of innovative and tailored services to job seekers.

We have extensive experience in delivering employment related programs such as Job Services Australia, Disability Employment Network, Indigenous Employment Programs, Vocational Rehabilitation, JobNet, Contracted Placement and Case Management to highly disadvantaged job seekers.

We assist unemployed Australians to enter or re-enter the workforce and/or to commence full-time education or vocational skills training. Whether you are an employer or job seeker we look forward to working with you and meeting your needs.

Since March 1992, PVS Workfind has consistently delivered strong performance in three specialty divisions: Job Services Australia, Disability Employment Network and Indigenous Employment Programs.

• PVS Workfind Job Services Australia - PVS Workfind Job Services Australia is contracted by the Commonwealth Government to provide assistance for unemployed people, particularly those who are long-term unemployed and receive income support payments via Centrelink. There are varying levels of support services which our branches can provide to both job seekers and employers.

• PVS Workfind Disability Employment Services - PVS Workfind is contracted by the Commonwealth Government as a Disability Employment Service provider in Western Australia and South Australia. Disability Services provides comprehensive assessments, job search assistance, employment placement and supported employment to people aged 15 and over with a disability, injury or health condition.

• PVS Workfind Indigenous Services - PVS Workfind Indigenous Services provides five key services: thorough initial assessment, pre-employment support services, employment placement services, cross-cultural training for all employers and access to an experienced Indigenous Mentor who will provide job seekers with a minimum of 26 weeks post-placement support.
